Getting Started

To get started with an online counsellor, email us either at our main email address mail@counsellorsonline.info, or choose a counsellor from the Contact Us page and email them directly. Attach a completed Registration Form which you can download here so that we will have the details we need in order to start working with you.

Once a counsellor has confirmed that they are available to work with you, and you have decided which way you want to work (email or chat) and which package you want to purchase (see Online Services page), you can then use the PayPal link below to pay for your purchase. After that, you and your counsellor can work out between you the details of timing etc.
