CounsellorsOnline.ie allows people to access qualified and trained professional help using email and instant messaging. Our therapists are trained to the highest professional standards, work within a code of ethics and are in ongoing supervision in relation to their work.

 

Online counselling can be used by anyone with access to the internet and with an email account. The service is designed to be easy to use and secure.

 

 

 

OUR TEAM:

 Declan Fitzpatrick MIACP

 

 

Declan trained at the Tivoli Institute and the Rutland Centre and holds a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. His work incorporates elements of Psychodynamic, Integrative and person centered approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Declan is Director of Counselling and Project Development with the Institute for Behavioural and Mental Health, a recent initiative of Declan and some colleagues, and the Centre for Sexual Addictions, and works with clients struggling with compulsive behaviours in this area. Declan is a director of Renewal Counselling and Psychotherapy Service in Lucan, Co. Dublin and maintains a private practice there. Declan is a member of the Irish Association of Counelling & Pyschotherapy's sitting committee for Online Counselling Services.  
 
 

 

Eoin Stephens MIACP, MIAAAC 

 

Eoin has a Masters degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and has been accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (www.iacp.ie ) and the Irish Association of Alcohol & Addiction Counsellors (www.iaaac.org ) for more than 15 years. Eoin has worked at a senior level in the fields of addiction counselling and training, as well as in general private practice and supervision, and is currently College President at PCI College in Dublin (www.pcicollege.ie ), and Director of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Ireland (www.cognitive.ie ).

 

 

 

Jean Notaro MIACP

 

Jean trained with PCI College and holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy. She presently works with a range of clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and addiction. Jean also holds a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is a member of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Ireland, a group of therapists interested in providing professional and quality CBT.  As well as the above Jean has specific training in working with Sexual Addictions and Sexual Compulsivity, holds a certificate in sexual addictions, and is a listed therapist with the Centre for Sexual Addictions. Jean is currently a director of Renewal Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre in Lucan, Co. Dublin.
